I am a documentary photographer and develop my work from an interdisciplinary perspective, integrating scientific training and aesthetic sensibility. I have a degree in Biology, with a Master in Ecology and a Master in Wildlife Management. I am currently studying Anthropology, which enriches my approach to the complex relationships between humans, biodiversity and their environment.

My interest is focused on the natural environment and the socio-cultural dynamics that shape and transform landscapes. This double perspective -ecological and anthropological- orients my photographic projects towards the documentation of species, territories and human practices linked to nature. The notion of cultural ecology guides many of my visual explorations, understanding the territory not only as a physical space, but also as a symbolic one, shaped by knowledge, beliefs and ways of life.

One of my main and necessary sources of inspiration is travel. Exploring other ecological and cultural contexts allows me to broaden my vision and discover new forms of interaction between nature and society. For this reason, I have incorporated a specific section in my portfolio dedicated to the images and experiences that arise along the way.

I conceive photography as a tool for observation and critical analysis, capable of making visible the often invisible links between culture and biodiversity. Through the image, I seek to integrate the visual, the scientific and the human in narratives that invite us to reflect on our role within the global ecological web.
